once that's done we can put out the call for translations of the
short blurb (abstract) and the full release announcement:

FIXME: new sensor codes not mentioned in the i.atcorr help page:  (??)
 * i.atcorr - Add support for VGT1_spot4, VGT2_spot5 sensors

ps- it would be great to add screenshots of the new GUI tools to
 http://grass.osgeo.org/screenshots/gui.php
I see the graphical modeler has nice one in its help page already which
could be reused, but is there one about for the cartographic composer?
upload grass64-era GUI screenshots to
  svn:grass/grass-web/trunk/grass64/screenshots/  (mkdir as needed)
and then edit
  svn:grass/grass-web/trunk/screenshots/gui.inc
