tested with the nightly build of osgeo4w-wingrass7 and -addons:

r.stream.extract --verbose elevation=srtemgeahydrodem at rstream
accumulation=srtemgeahydrodemaccum at rstream threshold=500 stream_rast=rui
stream_vect=vui direction=rfld
18.21% of data are kept in memory
Will need up to 1.91 GB (1954 MB) of disk space
