 here's MS's download site for MSVCP100.dll,
  http://www.microsoft.com/en-
 us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=5555

 It installs to C:\windows\system32. It does not install the 71,80,90 dlls,
 they have to be installed separately.
