[GRASS-dev] Metadata in GRASS

Hi,
to continue a long lasting discussion on metadata,
we discussed in the code sprint on that.

An idea is that on any new file created GRASS could copy an empty ISO
metadata xml template

Some basic info could be gotten from the same functions behind r.info for
example.

specialised functions (i.landsat.toar for example) could add sensor
specific parameters in the xml.

Any suggestions please,
