 Hi,

 was it strictly with 6.4.svn, or did you mix in devbr6/6.5.svn at any
 point?

 I've been doing a bit of cleanup in r.li.setup in 6.5svn, but it's too
 late in the 6.4.3 release schedule to backport any of it. I did backport
 to 6.4 one bugfix though, but it should have been obviously broken before,
 and only to do with the interactive digitizing, nothing to do with vector
 maps. I would not be too surprised to learn there was a typo in the 6.5svn
 changes still, they are only lightly tested so far.

 are you sure the computational region was set the same for the second try?
 no MASK or anything getting in the way?
