[GRASS-dev] G6.4.2: gis.m issue on Ubuntu

but the user reported it from 12.10, and I saw the same in 13.04.
I think the "seems to work in 12.10" in the ubuntu ticket was not
correct, and the earlier debian bug it linked to was from 2009.
