 latest 6.5 nightly wingrass build:

  * GDAL_DATA now set in $GISBASE/etc/env.bat, points to
 $GISBASE/share/gdal/

  * xml2.exe and wget.exe are still not installed with wingrass, but
 curl.exe is there so minimum requirements for r.in.wms[.sh] are fulfilled.

  * script-called-from-script path problem fixed in #1727.

  * r.in.wms examples still need a bit more refreshing work. #1495


 from the msys command prompt:
  `r.in.wms -l mapserver="http://mapserver.flightgear.org/ms"`
 seems to work now, but the parsing is a bit messed up (linux too), if
 xml2.exe was installed that would be a lot better.
