[GRASS-dev] GRASS7relbr/GRASS7trunk: GUI error message: ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 11: ordinal not in range(128)

any command, where input (vector/raster-modules: e.g. r.contour, v.drape,
etc.) _and_ output is needed in one GUI tab, gives an error message, when
input is selected:
