[GRASS-dev] GRASS GIS packaged without GUI

Hi Vaclav,
I had made some changes in control script to fix this behaviour some time
ago. Could tell which version of Ubuntu you are using and thee ppa. FYI, I
had updated only grass-ppa[1] not in the ubuntugis
