[GRASS-dev] grass71 and GDAL read

Jachym,

I recently tried the same thing (gdal-2014-04-24 and GRASS 7 trunk). You
can find my patches at http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/2953, which work
for me. I didn't try the plugin way though.
