 Steps to reproduce:
  * Start the Location Wizard and choose to define location by EPSG code
  * Enter the number 3049 as EPSG code
  * Observe how totally incorrect PROJ4 string is displayed (a latlon
 projection).

 A correct string is present in EPSG file:

 +proj=utm +zone=37 +ellps=GRS80 +units=m +no_defs
 }}}
