[GRASS-dev] libLAS on Ubuntu 14.04

Hi,

I had the same problem with the latest grass 71 svn version (from
today) under ubuntu 14.04 and I certainly solved it installing
libboost-all-dev and the config option: --with-liblas=yes
--with-liblas-config=/usr/bin/liblas-config
