[GRASS-dev] libLAS on Ubuntu 14.04

Looking into the Wiki page I got FFMPEG configured by this:

sudo apt-get install libffms2-dev

and from wiki page:

--with-ffmpeg=yes \
--with-ffmpeg-includes="/usr/include/libavcodec
/usr/include/libavformat /usr/include/libswscale
/usr/include/libavutil"
