 The following binary download is blocked by Google Chrome web browser on
 MS Windows:

 * https://grass.osgeo.org/download/software/ms-windows/
 * http://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass71/
 *
 http://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass71/WinGRASS-7.1.svn-r67037-146-Setup.exe

 It works fine in the MS Internet Explorer. The latest release version
 works fine in Chrome. Looking at the URLs Chrome can be simply blocking
 non-HTTPS content. Probably just `.exe` files, I was able to download
 binary file from another non-HTTPS website.

 Unrelated: I'm using this occasion to see how Trac works with the Cc field
 because I still don't understand it.
