[GRASS-dev] v.net.path issue report

Motiz.

I really appreciated your effort in colaborate to this v.net.path test.

So far, it seems v.net.path is not working properly for windows precompiled
GRASS 7.0.

I'm going ahead and provide for myself a linux PC to repeat the test.
