[GRASS-dev] GRASS will not not find laslib

It’s been a while since I tried boost with dual arch, haven’t needed it.

I just tried boost 1.59 on Yosemite, with a 10.8 SDK.  Oddly, though it says at the start 32bit no, it compiled 32+64.  With the darwin toolset, it also gives some warnings about a gcc option that clang doesn’t have.  But the clang toolset doesn’t have SDK and arch options.  Boost has some catching up to do.

Note that in the past, boost has ignored the SDK (-version) options and added ALL SDKs it finds to compilation, so I always hide other SDKs.

I used (use whatever prefix you like):

./bootstrap.sh --prefix=/Users/Shared/unix/boost-lion \
--with-toolset=darwin --without-libraries=python

./bjam variant=release link=static --without-mpi -j4 \
macosx-version=10.8 macosx-version-min=10.8 \
architecture=x86 address-model=32_64 install
