[GRASS-dev] m.printws - new module recommendation/announcement

Thanks much for the instructions, Anna!

In the end, what I did was to download the whole folder, unzip, extract
only the m.printws, zip it and use g.extension

g.extension m.printws url=/home/veroandreo/software/m.printws.zip

and it worked perfectly :)
