In fact, if two layers have value 1, the resulting category is 0, and no 
label is assigned. For example, the category 0 in the category report 
below are the areas where both input maps A and B have value 1 and label 
'non-forest'. So in my understanding it should have the label 
'non-forest; non-forest' (and shouldn't it have category value '1'?
