[GRASS-dev] is OSGeo4W GRASS 7.0.3 working?

Hi,

could anyone confirm GRASS 7.0.3 installed through OSGeo4W is working? I
was trying on 3 machines and it always fails during startup with some error
about spatialite4.dll. GRASS 71svn was working in same cases, in one case
it just crashed for unknown reason.
