Well, not even the others, except for sqlite/.
Example:

grass74 -c ~/grassdata/nc_spm_08_grass7/bla -e
Cleaning up temporary files...
Creating new GRASS GIS location/mapset...
Missing WIND file fixed
Cleaning up temporary files...

tree ~/grassdata/nc_spm_08_grass7/bla
/home/mneteler/grassdata/nc_spm_08_grass7/bla
├── sqlite
├── VAR
└── WIND

1 directory, 2 files

I guess not but why do you need it?
