 Currently, decorations such as text, images and time stamps can only be
 added to the first panel (top left) in G7:g.gui.animation. This is fine
 if, for example, the time series in the different panels are the same
 variable and have the same temporal granularity. But, to display time
 series of different variables and/or time series with different  temporal
 granularity, it would be nice to be able to add text and time stamps
 separately for each of the 4 possible panels in g.gui.animation.
