 From the documentation is not clear if "-s" flag affects only corners of
 line nodes or also corners of vertices. To make matters worse – output
 varies depending on algorithm in use:
 * with GEOS it affects only corners at nodes (line ends)
 * with native it affects all corners (at nodes + at vertices)

 As a minimum, documentation needs to be updated to indicate correct
 behaviour and then a new bug should be filled to fix one of algo's to
 match expected output.
