 I attached the file as requested. Also, here is the command I used:

 m.nviz.image elevation_map=elevation at PERMANENT
 color_map=elevation at PERMANENT resolution_fine=1 height=800 perspective=20
 output=elevation format=tif size=640,480

 I'll comment out line 221, recompile and let you know.
