 Add action to show basic info about a Location to the Datacatalog. The
 metadata files in PERMANENT are a good start: `MYNAME`, `PROJ_EPSG`,
 `PROJ_INFO`, `PROJ_UNITS`. Additional items to consider include: number of
 mapsets, maps, file sizes. Default computational region
 (`PERMANENT/DEFAULT_WIND`) or regions of mapsets (`*/WIND`) do not seem
 really useful

 This could actually make the Location title (`MYNAME`) much more useful.
