 Add action to show basic info about a Mapset to the Datacatalog.

 Possible items: Number of maps, content of `VAR` file, mapsets on path
 (`SEARCH_PATH` file), if there is a SQLite database for attribute and for
 spatio-temporal datasets.

 Additional, probably less useful, items: computational region, stored non-
 map elements (e.g. label files or named regions), file sizes and spatial
 extents and resolutions of maps, something about `.bash_history` and
 `.bashrc`, status of the `.tmp` directory and lock.
