Comment:

 This depends on #3575 because it needs the path to mapset (the saving to
 the workspace part of #3575). Than the `grass` executable needs to read
 the .gxw file and use database/location/mapset (full mapset path) from
 there instead of expecting it in the command line, reading it from
 `.grass7/rc` file, or showing Startup window.
