[GRASS-dev] v.clip and latlon?

Can do. Wanted to check first so as not to duplicate anything (search in Trak leaves much to be desired). I might first try it on a vector from the NC demo data to make sure that it works there (or not).

I don't see that as a known issue in documentation nor as a ticket, so please create a minimal reproducible example and create a ticket.
