[GRASS-dev] [release] planning GRASS 7.4.2

Markus, I will try to solve the remaining issues over the weekend, but new
might pop up, because Michael is working with wxPython 4, which hasn't been
tested widely. These are usually easy to fix and test. If you want to
create RC now, go ahead and do it i would say.
