 {{{pygrass.gis.Region.from_rast}}}'s docstring mentions {{{mapset}}} as a
 function parameter but it is missing from the function's signature. It
 should either be added or removed from the docs.

 If it is added, it should also be added to {{{Region.from_vect()}}}.
