OK, you were having trouble with the OSGeo4W package and the standalone
installer version 7.8.2 is giving you this error. To be honest, we don't
have enough information to troubleshoot your problem. **ERROR: Error in GUI
startup. See messages above (if any) and if necessary, please report this
error to the GRASS developers.** We don't have those "messages above". Do
you see more error messages than this? Maybe, you could take a screenshot
of your problem?

Please try the 7.9 daily build (https://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass77/x86_64)..
Hmm.. this link doesn't work? Here you go. (
https://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass79/x86_64/WinGRASS-7.9.dev-54-Setup-x86_64.exe
).

If this official daily build doesn't work either, please try my personal
daily builds (latest master branch, don't worry about malicious code here
;-):
*
https://idea.isnew.info/how-to-compile-grass-gis-on-ms-windows.html#latest-daily-build
(Comes with OSGeo4W and Python 3)
*
https://idea.isnew.info/how-to-cross-compile-grass-gis-for-ms-windows.html#latest-daily-build
(No OSGeo4W dependency and no Python 3; you need to install Python 3)

Thanks,
Huidae
