 {{{grass}}} library non-importable by design? If yes, can someone please
 explain the motivation for this?

 I am asking because, I consider myself to be a fairly experienced Python
 dev and I find it really strange that I can't import the library, but I
 don't have that much experience with GRASS, so I might be missing
 something.
