[GRASS-dev] compilation ready docker image

Ok, some troubles right away :-)

Some context first, since maybe there is a better way to handle this.

I would like to make some users test r.avaflow. Some of them are also
on windows (hence the idea to use docker).

The first burden I see is that the latest version of avaflow
apparently depends on python 2.7 (as of the install script):

PATHPYTHON="/usr/lib/python2.7/"

Looking at the docker images it seems that I will have to use the old
stable from releasebranch_7_6, right?

I was hoping to be able to use an alpine based version, do you know of
any image available?
