I've compiled experimentally with the new ctypesgen mentioned here
https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/3900. Not sure if additional changes are
needed to use this version.

Compilation failed in the same directories like before: ctypes, d.*, m.nviz
and new in an i.*''-module
