[GRASS-dev] Move r.stream* family of addon modules to core?

Thank you for the suggestion. I wanted to do it and I am glad that you 
propose it.

It will make the life easier for the students and the non GIS users and 
it will help to promote GRASS for hydrology and river analysis.
The installation of addons is problematic for students in my classes. 
Probbably we will need to identify the addons necessary for hydrology.

One other possibility is to package groups of addons by interest.
