[GRASS-ES] error con comando gdalwarp

Hola a todos:
Estoy tratando de reproyectar una ortofoto que debería estar ubicada según el archivo tfw:

Así que el objetivo es que la ortofoto se situe en el en las coordenadas como el proveedor dice que está georeferenciada su imagen, la información es la siguiente:

 Pixels per Line :  5934
 Number of Lines :  7021
 
Corner Coordinates:
Upper Left    ( 482490.000,2163127.000)
Lower Left    ( 482490.000,2156106.000)
Upper Right   ( 488424.000,2163127.000)
Lower Right   ( 488424.000,2156106.000)
Center        ( 485457.000,2159616.500)

Utilizando el comando gdalwarp tal como se muestra me sale un error.
GRASS 6.4.0RC4 (perinorte_UTM):~ > gdalwarp -t_srs "'g.proj -wf'" -tr 1 1 -te $w $s $e $n Escritorio/ortofoto/e14a29e4.tif Escritorio/ortofoto/e14a29e4_referencida.tif
ERROR 1: Translating source or target SRS failed:

Reviso la proyección para saber si es el origen del problema de la siguiente manera:

¿Alguien tendrá alguna idea de porque sale este error?
¿Es correcta mi idea de tratar de reproyectar una ortofoto georeferencida cuando al obtener información sobre ella me sale:

Es decir, no está donde se supondría que debería estar, y de ahí que el proveedor proporcione junto con la imagen .tif el archivo .tfw. ¿Qué hago?
