[GRASSGUI] GEM wizard in wxPython

Hi Jachym,

Yes, the wget+parsing is tempting, i just need to figure out how to do all 
that...

could you tell me where i can find your New Location Wizard, maybe I'll get a 
hint to do that for GEM.
