Dear all,

thanks to all for their efforts, in particular to Arnulf Christl as
mentor for keeping us busy doing our homework. Thanks also
to the team members involved in code vetting.

I am naturally +1 on GRASS graduation from OSGeo incubation.
Looking forward the next OSGeo board meeting for final decision.

Then we'll have an enormous prior art source code body in the
OSGeo foundation!
