Agreed - but we are not speaking about a "community event" here.

Of course in case of a community sprint.

This is something slightly different, of a rather local scale. In this
particular case we cannot host too many people (I assume likewise not
in similar cases as Raleygh and Solany) and institution internal
procedures are rather complicated for people who have never been
visiting our institute.
Just to disentangle the two types of meeting.
