[GRASS-PSC] SVN write access request to contribute GRASS add-on module

Hello,

I would like to contribute a GRASS add-on module. My osgeo_id is 'tomhuld',
and I have read and accepted the RFC/2 document.

The module, "r.jpdf",  calculates the joint probability function of two
series of raster maps and outputs a 2D set of raster maps with the binned
probabilities according to user-specified ranges of the two independent
variables.

I'm not sure whom to recommend as "mentor". I used the r.series code as a
guideline for writing the code.

I have attached the code which compiles and runs under GRASS 7.0.2.
