Given the fact that you contributed r.horizon and code to r.sun, I
think we are just fine :)
I have enabled your osgeo_id.

I quickly looked at the code (layout) - before you upload it to
grass-addons/grass7/raster/
could you please standard-indent it?
grass70/tools/grass_indent.sh path/to/r.jpdf/main.c
and in the manual page there is a non-standard character:
unsupported character reference <215>unsupported character reference
<215>rm r.jpdf.tmp.html
