Mhh, that's surprising. I was convinced so far that we do not have debits.
We requested budget support by OSGeo to avoid any debits.

I'm not yet informed but if not I'll suggest it :)

He's not willing to do this for free.
The sum roughly estimated by him I have put into the wiki.
