[GRASS-PSC] proposal: winGRASS 32bit versions - phasing out in 2020

Helmut, all,

was the announcement of the discontinuation of winGRASS 32bit communicated via the OSGeo-announce list (or similar) ?

If that has been the case (and there was no feedback) I'd propose to discontinue winGRASS 32bit by July 31 2020, as was announced (documentation about the build process should be preserved, for the case that winGRASS 32bit builds might be needed in the future).

Otherwise I'd advise another announcement in the OSGeo-announce list (mentioning the July 31 deadline).

Cheers from Potsdam,
Peter
