[GRASS-PSC] [Board] [OSGeo-Discuss] OSGeo Budget 2021

PSC,

The budget meeting on 18 January 2021, so  I'd rather proceed with
drafting the budget:

I would need an overview of what is leftover from 2020 (Martin, Moritz?).
Then we can use similar figures and leave out physical meetings.

Of course I'd be grateful to receive suggestions and ideas.
