[GRASS-PSC] [GRASS GIS PSC Elections 2020] Invitation to vote, reminder

I noted the same. I got 2 different links. Someone with bad intentions
might vote 2 or 3 times like this.

Moreover, when I attempted to vote, I get an error if I select 9 members.
The system seems to expect an answer for all candidates which is not
correct.
