[GRASS-PSC] Fwd: Re: [OSGeo-Discuss] OSGeo Budget 2021

As I emailed my response and went into the document to change it I realized that carry-over from last year is not allowed
in OSGeo budget, so unless we have the surplus $2,311 in the bank from some other source we cannot go to OSGeo
and ask for carry-over $2,311 and new $2500. I think Angelos got the Total number from the detailed budget document.

But this discussion is not really relevant because OSGeo allocated $2000 to all projects which provided request,
so pretty close to what we had. There is no money from 2020 global conference so the fund are quite limited although
a lot was saved on travel.

I hope this explains it, Helena
