Hi Vero,

Thanks for the detailed minutes.
Just a note on "GRASS on Windows":

  1.  OpenMP support should already be there (see: https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/commit/53dfd4a73289271569a5b499576a0fb4ab8f6c99#diff-b9bc209c3d30b07d8326bc89c625727071056dcb81792ef25ef1daf34c3d932bR44 ).
  2.  The problem with PDAL is that it is compiled with MSVC, so GRASS with GCC build cannot be compiled against it. It was mentioned that a CMake build for GRASS could be a solution (see: https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/issues/1821)... but that seems a bigger task...
