[GRASS-PSC] [Board] Travis usage of GRASS

Thank you, Helmut. Michael Smith contacted me and other people privately a
couple hours ago. The confusion was resolved and scaling down the
subscription should not have any impact on us. We can revisit this on
grass-dev, but there is probably no need.
