[GRASS-PSC] DOI for GRASS reference data sets

Hello PSC,

I would like to suggest to register persistent DOI for GRASS GIS related reference data sets such as Spearfish and North Carolina by preserving them in the Open Access repository Zenodo (www.zenodo.org).

There are already several GRASS-related datasets on Zenodo:

One indicator of their relevance for science are the access- and download numbers from Zenodo, e.g. https://zenodo.org/record/3359632#.ZCBTjXZBxD8
