We write: "If you believe you meet the criteria but do not find your 
name in the list, please contact the CRO (cro.grass at osgeo.org) *or make 
a pull request *before 15 September 2024."

Is it assumed that the pull request should go to 
https://github.com/OSGeo/grass ?
