[GRASS-PSC] GRASS PSC elections 2026 — Nomination of Huidae Cho

[Chief Return Officer (CRO) - GRASS PSC election 2026]

Dear members of the GRASS community,

Huidae Cho has accepted a nomination by Abdullah Azzam:

I would like to nominate Dr. Huidae Cho for the GRASS PSC. He has been
an invaluable member of the GRASS community and a core developer for
more than 25 years, with sustained contributions to the software and its
development.
He led the effort to make GRASS available through conda across all major
platforms. His deep technical knowledge, dedication to the project, and
support for new contributors make him an excellent candidate for
continued service on the PSC.
